SHIPPING, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
How long does it take for my package to ship?
Every effort is made to ensure your orders arrive in a timely manner; a lot of care goes in to making sure your parcels is put together with love, so your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 days.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only deliver within the UK
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
The time it takes for your package to arrive varies. [UK] deliveries can take between 3-5 working days.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, there is a delivery charge based on size and weight of items; subject to change with Royal Mail and Courier Services. Charges will be shown in the checkout prior to purchase.
Is my package tracked or recorded?
Unless specified, all orders are sent by standard Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you would like your purchase as a signed for, please select this during purchase.
We are not responsible for any damage caused to your package during shipment and are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages once shipped.
If your item arrives broken, damaged, missing on arrival or you have received the wrong item please feel free contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve the problem as soon as possible for you.
Please note: In the case of damage, we do ask for photographic evidence of both packaging and damaged goods. Products must be returned to us before a refund can be issued, this is to ensure that we can make a claim for the broken item with Royal Mail and prevent this from happening again in the future. All delivery costs incurred are not eligible for refund. Refunds and exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Every effort and a lot of care is taken when we process your order; We assure you that all items leave our care in the order and condition of which they are sold.
- If you have received your order and you are not satisfied you will be asked to provide photographic evidence and reasons as to why you are not satisfied with the service and product. Each case will be individually assessed. If agreed, we will ask you to return the item/s to us within 14 working days.
- If you receive your order broken or damaged, please send us photographic evidence and we will assess your case for a refund. A refund will only be processed once your goods have been returned to us. This will only apply to goods received after purchase; this will not apply to items that have been misused or damaged by the customer or attempted to return after the 14-day return policy.
Note: Please be advised that all items must be returned in their original packaging.
- If you are returning an item, returns are not paid for by the company. It is the customers responsibility to ensure a safe return of the goods.
- On checkout you have the option to select Standard Shipping or Tracked & Signed for. Please note that if you selected Standard Shipping, we are not liable for any loss of your parcel as this is at your own risk we advise that you use the signed for service and send us proof of your return. We will be happy to assist you and get in contact with Royal Mail or the Courier to find out any information regarding your parcel back to us.
- If your refund to us has been successful, it can take between 3-5 working days for your monies to reach your account. Return or Dispatch fee will not be refunded.
